Pre-schooling in India: Policy, Progress, and Practice
The webinar on "Pre-schooling in India: Policy, Progress, and Practice" was organized by the Lakshmi Mittal & Family South Asia Institute at Harvard University and @harvardchanirc
Date: Thursday, April 18, 2024
Time: 6:00 PM IST / 8:30 AM EST
An accumulation of research highlights the profound benefits of early childhood education (ECE) on children’s cognitive and social-emotional development, with potential to disrupt intergenerational poverty and enhance economic mobility. In India, recent studies underscore the role of ECE in tackling educational challenges, aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020’s push for universal access to quality ECE by 2030. However, inequalities persist in rural areas, as evidenced by the Annual Status of Education Report (Rural) 2019. This webinar featured experts from academia, practice, and policy and addressed key issues of inequalities in early childhood education (ECE) and learning outcomes, rural ECE provisions and progress, and policy discourse and implementation gaps.

Indian history written by Alexander Kanigham using Sri Lanka history books Mahawansaya and buddisam book Thripitakaya. Mr Basham clearly mentioned it" Wonder of India book. Alexander Kanigham distroy Sri Lanka history because he made fake history for Indian and they made fake history for Sri Lanka.

I'm totally besotted with this man's intellectual purview (he just grasps anew the whole Stanislavskian method in every one of his creations) and acting adroitness. Being a dilettante, I've dallied desultorily with interests such as poetry and the theatre, and must confess he is one of the few in India who follows the realist tack. As more and more commercial films become unwatchable, Konkona and he are among the few who are the last bastion of hope in the Indian move landscape, and bring some semblance of sanity, in a world which otherwise seems to have gone bonkers.

Most of the references in Indian scriptures are allegorical and symbolic - if you cannot read past their cipheric language, you won't understand anything. And as far as history is concerned, almost everything prior to the rise of Greeks and the Greco-Persian wars is fuzzy and cannot be understood without even the slightest bit of certainty.

She is a dangerous and fraud radical leftist Islamist, jaahil anglicized Punjabi. Instead of bothering about the Pakistan that they already have, they decided to go to the US and preach fake nonsense about the history of the Indian subcontinent. It's a shame that she wasn't grilled enough in her PhD thesis.

Uff! What an aggressive and duplicitous apologist for Jinnah and ultra Islamic nationalism. Duplicitous because she prefers to live in America, write and speak exclusively in English, marry a Hindu but campaign in the western world that Jinnah and the Pakistani state are victims of many conspiracy all around them but the state and its founders are free of any blame.

There is a reason why Coke Studio is one of the greatest music production on the planet. He is a very evolved and conscious person. And he is using music to express what he has realized. 1:10:00 is right, there is a reason luna (moon) and lunatic word comes from. Why many fast and do spiritual practices during certain phases of the moon. The woman's ovarian cycle is in sync with the moon.
